Biogas
In this thesis, the technical feasibility of using jatropha oil and biogas for dual fuel generators is investigated. This technology could be used for electricity generation in rural areas in developing countries.

Biogas is the product of anaerobic digestion, the biological degradation of biomass in the absence of oxygen. It is mixture of methane and carbon dioxide, with traces of hydrogen, nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide.

This report describes the work I have done during my internship at FACT Foundation. When I started, I was hoping to be able to produce not only a design, but also a prototype of a flaring system.
For several years, FACT Foundation has been working in the field of biogas production and use. Biogas is a highly relevant form of bioenergy for communities in developing countries: it is a relatively uncomplicated

Determining the composition of biogas requires either laboratory equipment or a handheld biogas analyser.
This manual is the result of the lessons learned of the ADPP biogas project in the province of Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
